HMGB1 levels were significantly correlated with NLRP3, caspase-1, and IL-1β levels (all, p < 0.05, r = 0.814, r = 0.652, and r = 0.675, respectively). Caspase-1 levels were significantly correlated with IL-1β levels (p < 0.05, r = 0.589). IL-1β levels were significantly correlated with IL-6 and TNF-α levels (both, p < 0.05, r = 0.564 and 0.668, respectively)
