The median (interquartile range) values are indicated by three parallel lines. Analysis of serum cytokine levels between the two groups was performed by the Mann‒Whitney U test. HMGB1, NLRP3, caspase-1, IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α levels were significantly higher in the febrile seizure group than in the control group (p < 0.05 indicates a significant difference)
