From: Nonossifying fibroma of the lower femur with genu valgum: a case report
â’¶-â’· Genu valgum deformity of the right lower limb. â’¸-â’º X-ray showed partial osteolytic destruction of the metaphyseal segment of the femur, destruction of the medial cortex, and valgum deformity of the knee.
