The lesions of cerebellar hemisphere and cerebellar vermis(arrowhead) were identified in T2/fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) imaging. T2 Signal were shown cerebral parenchymal atrophy(arrowhead) after 1 month of disease and basically recovered after 4 months
