Phylogenetic analysis of HBV full-length sequence isolated from paediatric patient. A midpoint rooted phylogenetic tree constructed by maximum likelihood using RaxML is supported by bootstrap values performed at 1000 replicates with a cut off value of 80%. The reference strains from GenBank are designated by their accession number and the country of origin/isolation. The tree is rooted to an outlier sequence of genotype B from Vietnam.
