48th h Multiple patchy and cord-like high-density shadows on the chest radiograph,
5th day Consolidation and atelectasis in the right lower lobe and left upper lobe on the chest radiograph, abnormal signal beside the anterior horn of the right lateral ventricle and in parietal paraventricular area on brain MRI, diffused 2.0–4.0 Hz slow wave activity on EEG
20th day Improvement of the bilateral pulmonary exudate on the chest radiograph
