AOM = acute otitis media. “Trial Site” refers to sites that have previously participated in the COMPAS trial. Error bars indicate 95% confidence intervals. *Factors which are found to be statistically different for the use of healthcare facilities, using the Chi-Squared test at alpha = 0.05 for variables with 2 categories and Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel test for variables with more than 2 categories
