The boxes and whiskers represent the ranges between 25th and 75th percentiles and between 10th and 90th percentiles respectively. The circles (outliers) represent cases with values that are between 1.5 and 3 box lengths from either end of the box. Asterisks (extremes) represent cases with values more than 3 box lengths from rather end of the box.
