A) Culture isolation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis from patient specimen

OR

B) Radiological findings consistent with TB

AND

2 or more of: 1) a positive TST; 2) confirmed contact with an infectious case; 3) a specimen positive on microscopy or molecular testing; 4) CSF findings consistent with TB^a

OR

C) All of: 1) Radiological findings consistent with TB; 2) no diagnosis more likely than TB; and 3) clinical improvement on antitubercular therapy

AND

one or more of: 1) a positive TST; 2) confirmed contact with an infectious case; 3) a specimen positive on microscopy or molecular testing; 4) CSF findings consistent with TB^a
