CONSORT 2010 Flow Diagram. CONSORT 2010 flow diagram depicting the progression of participants through the study. Initially, 45 individuals were assessed for eligibility. However, 24 were subsequently excluded for various reasons, as indicated in the diagram. The remaining 21 participants consented to and initiated the first intervention. Follow-up assessments were consistently performed with no loss to follow-up or discontinuation of the intervention at the 1- and 2-month check-ups. Therefore, with each of the 21 participants undergoing three separate assessments, a total of 63 evaluations (n = 63) were conducted for the final analysis
