Items in Sleeping Place

1 point for ‘no’ to pillows, stuffed animals, or loose/heavy blankets in sleeping place; 0 for a ‘yes’ response to this

1 point for pillows, stuffed animals, or loose/heavy blankets used ‘rarely’ or ‘never;’ otherwise 0 for this
