A doctor of health education and health promotion, a dietitian, and a health care professional led the instruction. Many different topics were discussed during the sessions, including early and late complementary feeding, the causes of infant growth disorder, the frequency of complementary feeding and breastfeeding according to the age of the child, prohibited foods under one year, optimal feeding behavior, child development and its relationship with nutrition, mothers' behaviors when feeding their children, different types of food according to the age of the child, the importance of taking supplements, and the importance of taking supplements.
