Alteration of innate lymphoid cell (ILC) subsets in patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP). Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were collected from HSP and control patients. The HSP patients (n = 51) were assessed by the purpura group (n = 6), arthritis group (n = 14), abdominal group (n = 11), renal group (n = 6), and mixed group (n = 14). The proportions of ILC/lymphocytes (A), ILC/PBMC (B), ILC1/ILCs (C), ILC2/ILCs (D), ILC3/ILCs (E), ILC1/ILC2 (F), and ILC1/ILC3 (G) of each subset of HSP group and the control group are presented.
