Low-risk diagnosis including: asthma, bronchiolitis, croup, obstructive sleep apnea, diabetic, ketoacidosis, and seizure. High-risk diagnosis including: spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage, cardiomyopathy or myocarditis, hypoplastic left heart syndrome, neurodegenerative disorder, necrotizing enterocolitis. Very high-risk diagnosis including: cardiac arrest, severe combined immune deficiency, leukemia or lymphoma, bone marrow transplant recipient, and liver failure
