Initially, a phase of diuresis [U/O: 8 ml/kg/hr.; Sr Na+: 156 mEq/L] was followed by a phase of natriuresis and hyponatremia by the 10th post-operative day due to CSW disease [U/O: 9 ml/kg/hr.; Sr Na+: 127 mEq/L].
