Benefit+ = “Quite a lot of benefit” and “A great deal of benefit” combined. Benefit- = “Only a little benefit”, “No benefit or harm”, “Only a little harm”, “Quite a lot of harm” and “I don’t know” combined. The option “Only a little benefit” was also included in Benefit- because this group comprised findings and instructions that the school nurse could have provided.
