Younger patients with higher DST expression levels have the best prognosis in MYCN non-amplified pediatric neuroblastoma. MYCN non-amplified pediatric neuroblastoma patients in TARGET, GSE49710 and GSE85047 datasets were divided into older patients with higher DST expression, older patients with lower DST expression, younger patients with higher DST expression and younger patients with lower DST expression four sub-groups. The Kaplan-Meier plots determined the different overall survival of those four sub-groups
