Joint 0 = no symptoms
1 = mild grade of pain and/or joint swelling
2 = moderate grade of pain and/or joint swelling
3 = severe grade of pain and/or joint swelling
Abdomen 0 = no symptoms
1 = mild abdominal pain and/or stool occult blood (1+)
2 = moderate abdominal pain and/or stool occult blood (2+/3+)
3 = severe abdominal pain and/or melena
Kidney 0 = no proteinuria and no hematuria
1 = proteinuria (1+) and/or hematuria (1+)
2 = proteinuria (2+/3+) and/or hematuria (2+/3+)
3 = proteinuria (>  3+) and/or hematuria (>  3+)
