a: A large number of spindle-shaped endothelial cells aggregated in the dermis to subcutaneous fat layer, clustered into small lumens, and a large number of red blood cells were stagnated. b: There were blood sinuses with different sizes and shapes in the tissues, some of the blood sinuses had blood cell stasis, and some were thrombosis with a lot of calcification. The sinus wall was thin and uneven in thickness and contains the intima and media. Sinus were lined with a single layer of flat endothelial cells.
