  2. a All persons examined in this study were enrolled from their date of birth for 120 consecutive months. All persons had non-changing dates of birth and gender status. All persons had ≥10 outpatient office visits
  3. b Persons received only 1 dose of MMR vaccine and includes only persons diagnosed with measles post-MMR vaccine administration (43 persons were excluded with measles diagnoses pre-MMR vaccine administration and 3 persons were diagnosed measles within 30 days of vaccine administration, which are most likely measles vaccine-associated adverse events)
