Flow cytometry analysis of the frequency of CD4+ T cells in KD patients. PBMCs from KD patients and control subjects were stained with fluorescent anti-CD3, anti-CD4, anti-CXCR5, anti-CD45RA-, anti-CXCR3 and anti-CCR6.The cells were gated initially on living lymphocytes, and then on CD3 + CD4+ T cells, and subsequently on CD45RA-CXCR5+ cTfh cells.
