Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) carried out on the fourth day of admission. The MRCP images could depict neither the gallbladder nor the cystic duct. The study showed no pancreaticobiliary maljunction. A hepatic cyst, which is a normal variant, was detected (shown by the arrow head).
