Baseline data represent the mean of the two pre-intervention measures for sleep questionnaires and Actical data, and the one pre-intervention measure for anthropometry. Changes in means and p-values were determined from paired t-tests for anthropometric and Actical measures and using regression for sleep measures. For sleep measures, changes are determined as the change in the slope of the regression curves over 20 weeks.
